Clancy Rising performs authentic Irish traditional and folk music suited for Irish pubs, listening rooms, cultural events, and private functions.
Currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but willing to travel, and am very available for pub nights, festivals and private events.
ABOUT ME
I am born and raised in the SF Bay Area, but Have Lived and played out of Austin, TX and Colorado in the past. I specialize in classic traditional irish Folk & Rock (such as Dubliners, Wolftones, Pogues and more) but I have a malleable setlist to accompany any setting properly. I've Played in Ireland (Including a residency at Kellys Bar in Kanturk, County Cork, Ireland), and have a diverse musical background, having prviously performed with the following bands: Dog Beach Rebels, Sendcer, No Clue Whatsoever, One Arm Shades, The IrieCation & The Roasted Bones.

While I mostly specialize in Irish Traditional Music nowadays, my musical pallet extends well beyond such, and I can carry a tune for any Rock, Reggae or Country songs - whatever's best to suite any occasion or venue! And I am always flexible to adapting a set to meet the needs of any event! You can find some of my older Reggae and Rock music under 'Sendcer', 'The Roasted Bones' or 'Dog Beach Rebels' on any major streaming platform, and a new Irish album is currently in the works, set to be released sometime in February 2026.
